Edgars Koskins attained a master’s degree in law in 2001 from Columbia Law School. He is a member of the Latvian Bar Association and has been working as a business lawyer since 2001. Edgars began his career with the Riga office of Pan-Baltic law firm Sorainen, as a tax and business attorney for major Baltic and international companies. Further his career continued as a partner at Magnusson Law Firm and Vilgerts Legal & Tax. He regularly publishes on taxation topics in business media, like Forbes magazine.
Edgars has 16 years of business law experience with focus on deal structuring, cross border tax planning issues, asset protection, holding structures, fiduciary transactions, tax litigation and investment driven immigration.
